MTN Ghana declare no change in price in the year 2015.
MTN Ghana has declared that, there is no change in price about its recharge scratch cards and other products so retailers should keep note.
The mobile telecommunication network, Popularly known as MTN has declared its no charge in price campaign.
The Mobile Network(MTN-GHANA), says it has and with the concern of individual actions of some of its active retailers to increase the prices of its scratch cards by various percentages.
According to the statement by the mobile network, MTN Ghana said and declared that it wishes and hope to assure its cherished customers or subscribers that MTN Ghana has not authorised retailers to make any changes in price of its scratch card or other products and services.
Cherished customers are encouraged to pay the same prices on its scratch cards and pay the same on any other products.
During the speaking on this event, Mr. Abubakar Mohammed, the acting person as Sales and Distribution Executive for MTN Ghana has declared by saying it is an unfortunate situation; such unilateral actions by retailers are worrying.
He expressed the hope that retailers, would therefore revert to the appropriate prices as clearly indicated on the scratch cards and any other products.
Retailers therefore are encouraged to buy their products from MTN distributors who are authorized across Ghana as well as not to buy the products on high based price.
MTN Ghana, would therefore like to thank its active customers for their kindness, loyalty and efficient supports.
Mr. Abubakar Mohammed furthermore said that;
MTN Ghana would like to say and wishes a very big thanks to its customers for their regards and supports. MTN Ghana wishes to announce its assurance to its customers of its strong commitment to continue and provide quality network service to its active subscribers.
